Landscapes/habitat

And weather

Freshwater biomes are found all over the world and contain less than 1% of salt. There are different regions or types of freshwater biomes. Lakes, ponds, streams and wetlands all come under the freshwater heading. Ponds are small bodies of water surrounded by land, whilst lakes are large bodies of freshwater that don’t have to be surrounded by land, and can lead out to the ocean. Streams however are small bodies of water that commonly run over the top or in between of rocks and are commonly found in creeks.

The climate in the freshwater biome maintains an even temperature throughout the year, however the biome can experience lots or warmth or coolness. Usually the freshwater biome can reach a top of 22Ëš and a low  of 4Ëš.
